A Sign of the Times

While not the first large-scale auction of physical specimens of the Twitter bird icon following Elon Musk’s takeover in 2023, this is by far the biggest as RR Auction has put up for bidding the sign that was affixed to Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Measuring in at 145 inches by 105 inches (roughly 12 by 8 feet), the sign weighs 560 pounds and the winning bidder is responsible for the cost of shipping the sign from its current storage facility in San Francisco to its final destination. I’m guessing UPS Ground won’t cut it.
