UNKNOWN UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT

A fragment of an unidentified object of unknown period, possibly modern. The object consists of a horn-shaped hollow cast segment of either tin, tin alloy or perhaps a thin sheet of lead alloy, with a resin-like material filling the inside of its hooked form. The moulded decoration on the outside of the object is formed of three consecutive tiers following the overall curved shape of the fragment. The style of the decoration seems to be similar to items in the Art Deco style of the early 20th century; however, this could be a coincidence.
