Exxon Nixes Red Pegasus’ Red Pegasus

Exxon, not content with suing any company using two "X"s in their logo, is now going after those using a red pegasus — like Dallas comic book store Red Pegasus — since Mobil Oil Company’s icon has been a red pegasus since the 1930s. I will grant that this is a bit less of a stretch than all those XX fiascos since the drawing is similar and both companies are headquartered in the small state of Texas and, let’s be honest, don’t you just hate it when you want to put gas in your car and you accidentally walk into a comic book store instead?
