Finder’s Keepers

With the release of their new entry-level laptop, the MacBook Neo, Apple has been targeting, among other non-typical Apple consumers, a younger generation, showing up with more purpose on TikTok. Amidst the marketing frenzy, a tiny, 3D, anthropomorphized version of the Mac’s Finder icon has been spotted twice and one of those times (shown above) was during a TikTok live stream that could not be accessed after it aired so no one was ready to capture what the internet has been calling “Lil’ Finder Guy” and it turns out it’s one of the most unexpected viral moments the brand has had in some time, with some fan art making the rounds.
