Jacob A. Perrone, a lawyer in East Lansing, MI, and owner of Dragon Lawyers PC recently drew the ire of a federal judge who recoiled at the use of this bad-ass dragon drawing (sans speech bubble) — that Perrone purchased for $20 online — as a large watermark on every single page of a lawsuit he had filed on behalf of a client. The judge called the use of the dragon “not only distracting,” but also “juvenile and impertinent” and demanded that a new filing be made without it. Party pooper.
