(Est. 2022) Beyer Brü is a craft beer from Colombia that is a rebirth of a beer that was first brewed in 1872 in Poland. The story goes that, while dusting off some old family documents, Federico Bayer, a packaging designer, discovered that his Polish-German grandfather Eduard Beyer had turned a brewing hobby into a brewery in Leobschütz, located in southwestern Poland, back when it was the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
