1925Incense burner
The traditional shape of this incense burner is complemented by decoration in Art Deco style of phoenixes, lion-dogs (shishi), lotus flowers and clouds. It was made by the Kanaya Gorosaburō workshop, which was founded in Kyoto in the early 17th century and remained in business until at least the 1930s.
