1919Furnishing fabric
This roller-printed cotton furnishing fabric was manufactured by the Calico Printers' Association in 1919. The design is of stylised bouquets in vases. The purple and orange colouring is typical of the vivid hues of the period. English firms bought many fabric designs for calico from French ateliers at this time.
