Close up on the bridge, down river. The fences are not usually there! They were put there because there is a long stretch along the river that has been cordoned off for the Air Race spectators that have bought tickets! Downtown streets also are cut off from traffic! Going to be hectic over the next few days downtown! We were watching the practice runs on the Friday before the main event.
