Arthur J. Will Memorial Fountain

The Arthur J. Will Memorial Fountain in the Civic Center Mall (in 2007), Downtown Los Angeles. "A tiered stunner of cascading and jumping water in the often-unexplored center of downtown." Refurbished as a western focal point of the new civic Grand Park that replaced the Civic Center Mall in 2012.
