One of the places we wanted to see in Singapore was the Divine Wine bar in the Parkview Square building. The bar has ‘Wine Fairies’, the waitresses ‘fly’ on harnesses to get wine bottles from tall shelves. Also the building itself is a sort of Gothic Art deco building, so a second reason for the visit. Unfortunately when we got there the whole place was a building site and the wine bar had been closed for reconstruction.
