This is Lung Tsuen Restaurant「龍泉茶樓」which is taken from Kai Tak Mansion, Kwun Tong Road, Hong Kong. Some students at their call it as "Wong Tsuen (黃泉)"(as spoonerism in Cantonese, prounced "Huang Quan" in Mandarin, which means Yomi, hell in English).
