Adobe Acquires Figma

“Adobe announced it has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Figma, a leading web-first collaborative design platform, for approximately $20 billion in cash and stock”. This isn’t directly related to branding or Brand New in particular but since Figma is a tool many around here use and Adobe makes the tools the majority of us use it seems relevant to point it out here. Also, wow, $20 billion? Like, wow. Just wow.
