The city of Seguin, TX, has the dubious honor of being the first in the U.S. to have a dual-branded Applebee’s | IHOP restaurant that features 124 menu items that allow guests to combine, as one of many examples, an order of IHOP pancakes with an order of Applebee’s boneless wings any time of day. This is the first of 15 dual-branded restaurants parent company Dine Brands Global has planned.
