Flag, you’re it!

Speaking of government identity unification systems, the U.S. Department of State recently introduced a “single visual identity featuring the U.S. flag and official agency or post seal” to clearly communicate with audiences domestically and internationally. With some design simplification this could be decent but this feels a little heavy-handed.
