Today — all the way from Brazil and France and from UCllc’s own immense Texas backyard — we have a couple of hand-drawn projects tempered by some additional vector-y range of logos.JA Custom Types Based in Curitiba, Brazil, Jackson Alves is a typographer, letterer, and calligrapher. If there is one thing that makes me jealous is seeing someone who is a fantastic calligrapher; it’s an ability I’ve always wished I had. In this project, Jackson designs his own logo, which is a fine product in itself but what I loved the most about it was the DIY approach to his own business cards.
