Was aiming for three delicate-slash-sophisticated identities to present a theme this Friday but since I couldn’t find a third, I went the opposite route on that last one so, yeah, no theme or unifying thread this week, with work from Brooklyn, Medellín, and Monterrey. Rebecca Atwood by Order Rebecca Atwood is an artist and textile designer based in Charleston, SC, creating fabrics, wallpapers, and accessories, featuring some lovely patterns of her own making. The identity, designed by Brooklyn, NY-based Order, features a wordmark that takes advantage of the multiple repeating pairs of letters in Rebecca’s name to create patterns of its own as the “C”s touch, the “A”s cross over, and the “O”s interlock.
