Dirty Vegan by Jens Nilsson Dirty Vegan was a vegan restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden, serving junk and comfort food — burgers, sloppy joes, burritos, pancakes, and more — instead of the traditional healthy options at vegan establishments. I usually don’t cover businesses that don’t exist or have closed but this case study, showcasing so many great REAL applications, is very much worth making an exception.
