An eclectic compilation of products and packaging projects this week, with work from New York, Lima, and Seoul. Spaghetti Dust by Joe Formica Spaghetti Dust is a ready-to-go tube combining garlic, calabrian chili, parsley, and sea salt to whip up the classic Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino Italian pasta dish, created by L’Isolina, an artisan pasta company based in Southampton, New York. The packaging, designed by New York, NY-based Joe Formica, is super simple and almost kind of goofy-looking but it’s actually quite awesome, displaying a vintage, Italian packaging aesthetic but with a funky, modern twist thanks to the rounded sans serif typography… it would have been easy to go full vintage. I love how the strands of spaghetti double as a kind of warp speed graphic in space as “D
