Guess what? Another funky mix of projects to close out the year for Friday Likes with work from Guadalajara, Malmö, and Vancouver. Maldita Envidia by Estudio Cariño Maldita Envidia (which translates to English as “Damned Envy”) is a small range of drizzles with a honey base contrasted with savory and spicy ingredients including different spices and peppers of varying degrees tongue-burning hotness. The packaging, designed by Guadalajara, Mexico-based Estudio Cariño, combines a funky Art Nouvea-esque typeface for the logo and the flavor variations with some humorous illustrations that feature a fire-blowing bumblebee; a spicy-honey-eating bear; and (my favorite) a flaming, muscle-y, mustachioed habanero pepper.
