Gmail Teaser

Ahead of an expected big update to Gmail, Google released a teaser image to 9to5Google of the popular service’s new icon. I am guessing Google is expecting a big reaction to the update so teasing this change feels like a way to start mentally preparing people for it so the freak-out is less drastic.
