Golden Knights vs. USPTO

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has initially refused to grant a trademark to the Vegas Golden Knights because it considered it too similar and confusing with a previous trademark by the Golden Knights of the College Of Saint Rose. It’s important to note that it WASN’T the college that opposed the trademark but the USPTO. The Vegas Golden Knights can still make an appeal.
