2015Fruity Papers: NB Studio's Tom Moloney shares his beautiful collection of fruit wrappers
NB Studio’s Tom Moloney began his unusual collection of fruit wrappers while still a student at Kingston University. “I worked in a cocktail bar and used to unpack the lemon and lime deliveries. I just liked the way they looked and felt so I kept a couple. Once I had more than three I thought I’d better start collecting them or throw them away” Though Tom’s beautiful archive is now into the hundreds and includes specimens from Italy, Russia, Hungary and France, he’s not what you’d call impassioned about his project. “I’m not really sure what the point of them is to be honest.”
