Established in 2020 and originally known as The Curious Vegan Co., Eat Curious is a plant-based food company in Northampton, England, offering a range of meat alternatives created around their pea protein mix. Co-founded by Resh Diu, who previously had 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and Preyesh Patel, who has a healthcare background with over 11 years of experience in the dental industry, Eat Curious’ mission is to “inspire discovery and tempt every type of person to eat more plants” and to “prove that meat-free doesn’t mean flavour free” without crusading against the meat industry.
