Established in 1952, Nordic Co-operation (previously Norden) is a forum for governmental co-operation between the Nordic countries of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Åland. The forum works on everything from encouraging free flow across their borders, economic initiatives, and cultural advancement through the Nordic Council Prizes.
