Established in 1985 (when he was born, so established is not the right word yet it’s what I always start with), Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, is a British fitness coach, TV presenter, author, and kitchenware entrepreneur. Proficiently and effectively active on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube since 2013 – 14, Joe has amassed a huge following online, including more than 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube, 3.8 million followers on Instagram, and, I guess, a mere 413,000 on Twitter. He has also published seven books that bring together workouts and nutrition. Already popular by 2020, Joe’s popularity grew in March when he started “P.E.
