Established in 2021, Vast is a space habitation technology company pioneering the path to long-term living and thriving in space by developing humanity’s next-generation space stations. Founded by programmer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Jed McCaleb, Vast is headquartered in Long Beach, CA, in a 165,000-square-foot facility, with a second 25,000-square-foot one in Hawthorne, and a test site at Mojave.
