Established in Brooklyn, NY in 1918, Flaum is a family-run Jewish and Kosher deli brand with a history spanning five generations. Known for its traditional recipes and bold flavours, Flaum offers a wide range of products including smoked fish, salads, pickles and dips. They began as a small neighbourhood business and have grown into a well-loved name, known for bringing comforting, old-school deli food to modern kitchens.
