In a legal battle that has been going on for a few years (mentioned on Brand New in 2014), judges with the United States Patent and Trademark Office have ruled that Jersey Boardwalk Pizza can continue to use its logo (left, with win baby) which the New Jersey Turnpike Authority argued used the equity of its logo to sell pizzas in Florida.
