Seeing is Bullieving

Newberry Farms, which sells purebred bulls in Rover, MO, has co-opted the logo of — out of all death metal bands — Cattle Decapitation in a road sign promoting their business. Many of the band’s songs protest the mistreatment and consumption of animals. The question here is whether Brad and Jennifer are either keenly aware or completely oblivious to who Cattle Decapitation is and whether the co-option is hyper strategic and targeted or just plain dumb because nothing sells bulls like splatters of blood.
