In other proprietary typeface news this week: Karl Anders, in collaboration with Christoph Koeberlin, has created a new type family for German soccer team FC St. Pauli that offers 13 styles, including multiple weights, a stencil, and a “tape” version, all featuring a subtle backslant. Named “FC Sans Pauli”, the type family supports 100 languages in addition to the common European languages. The tape version rocks.
