All that (Black) Jazz

The Utah Jazz appear to be trying out some funky design notes and an all-black look ahead of a uniform change next season. Speaking about the new approach (and font in particular), majority owner Ryan Smith said, “I want to challenge our team at the Jazz: push, push, push, push. And if you mess up, great. I want it to be safe to mess up. If the font works or doesn’t work, no problem, that’s the same thing we’ve done at Qualtrics.”
