What is Logos?

In the March 31, 2021, episode of Jeopardy!, the Final Jeopardy answer was “After 9/11, designer Milton Glaser modified this iconic logo of his, adding a bruise and the words ‘more than ever’” for which we all know that the obvious question is “What is ‘I Love New York’?” but not to these three contestants who bet a lot on some fun guesses.
