Wool it Fax?

An oldie worth revisiting for its colorful history and iconic status: Italian designer Franco Grignani’s Woolmark, designed in 1963 for the International Wool Secretariat. At the link, a quick, TikTok-esque look at its origins and, here, a great recounting of how the designer went out of his way to create the design despite being one of the jury members assigned to choose the winning logo (the behind-the-scenes is not as controversial as it sounds).
