Pantone has announced the color of the year for 2025: PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse. They describe it as “a warming, brown hue imbued with richness” that “nurtures us with its suggestion of the delectable qualities of chocolate and coffee, answering our desire for comfort” and that captures “a Global Mood of Connection, Comfort, and Harmony”. Their choice of hero image does not help with the color’s appearance as being poop-adjacent.
