Bad Vibes

Vibes, a mobile marketing media company is suing KKW BEAUTY (Kim Kardashian West’s beauty products company) for stealing their logo as the basis for her new perfume called Vibes, which comes in a speech-bubble-shaped bottle, like Vibes’ logo. The media company is "seeking unspecified damages, an injunction to keep them from continuing to sell it, and an order for them to turn over all unsold perfumes so they can be destroyed."
