Delt’a Bad Hand

Adobe threatened legal action against Delta — a retro game emulator that recently launched in the iOS App Store and quickly rose to the number one spot where it stayed for a number of weeks — forcing the company to change its logo. Hate to say it but, yeah, Adobe is probably in the right here and also feeling a little dumbfounded by Delta’s “solution”… hard to tell if it’s being serious or facetious.
