Dollar General Goes Xtreme

Dollar General — a chain of "variety" stores (a cross between grocery and department store) — has just launched a new concept store in its hometown of Nashville, TN, called DGX that will cater to "busy, metropolitan shoppers". It’s kind of a yellow 7-Eleven.
