The Optimist by Alvin Diec Studio The Optimist is a seafood restaurant in Atlanta, GA, that “brings a seaside fish camp experience to landlocked Atlantans” and its identity by local firm Alvin Diec Studio is as quirky as that description. While there is a logo (a coupling of an elegant script “The” and an industrial “Optimist”) the identity excels in adding all other kinds of elements like 1-color vintage clip-art, other scripts, and a range of oddball promo items like cabin-style keys and matchboxes.
