NGOẶM by Studio Cohe NGOẶM (which means “bite” in Vietnamese) is a small restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam, making fine-dining-level hamburgers using traditional Vietnamese ingredients and cooking techniques. The identity, designed by local firm Studio Cohe, employs a similar fusion approach through a wordmark that mixes five wildly different styles that shouldn’t work together but, as this demonstrates, anything applied with enough confident flair can be made to work together.
