Three for three, with our third week in a row of food establishments, this time with work from Paris, Taipei, and Macau. Le Relais Plaza by Violaine & Jeremy Le Relais Plaza is a popular and storied brasserie located in the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris, France. Part of its appeal is its grand Art Deco room and a newer part of its appeal is the recent appointment of renown chef Jean Imbert to lead its kitchen. The identity, designed by local firm Violaine & Jeremy, complements the already-lavish room with a beautifully detailed combination of Art Nouveau elements that include an intricate “RP” monogram, an ornate wordmark, and a luscious cartouche-like holding shape for it awash in trees all in the inimitable, curvaceous style of Violaine & Jeremy. The identity is de
