The black-and-white is strong this week with work from Guadalajara, Amsterdam, and Mexico City. Manassé by Menta Manassé is a bakery in Guadalajara, Mexico, that offers traditional French goods like croissants, baguettes, éclairs, macarons, and more with an African influence from the owner’s home country. It’s a winning combination with plenty of flexibility, allowing the pattern to adapt to anything from macaron boxes to aprons.
