Some fairly unconventional work across potato chips, ski lodging, and perfumes this week, with work from Montréal, Denver, and Hong Kong. Miett Chips by Deux Huit Huit Miett Chips is a new brand of artisanal, Laurentian-style potato chips made by Aviateur Farm in Mirabel, Québec, where the potatoes are grown. The packaging, designed by Montréal, Québec-based Deux Huit Huit is as simple as it gets but delightfully enjoyable, smooshing Krana Fat into a chunky bold logo that spans the width of the bags and an equally big abstract chip at the bottom. The two elements work so well together and give the impression that there are some big chips waiting inside (and judging from the lifestyle photos those are indeed some big chips*). Contrasting with the boldness of the logo and chip is RT Obligat,
