A heavily Mexican week, even as we go to the far reaches of New Zealand, with work from Mexico City and Queensland. Pazzesca by FAENA Studio Pazzesca is a small pizza joint in Mexico City created by a Lombardy, Italy-native. The identity, designed by local firm FAENA Studio, sets the tone for a contemporary take on traditional pizza-making with a great, custom wordmark that renders the name in a crisp, angular script that has a very unique and original look. I love the combination of mostly hard-angled lines with just the minimal amount of curves necessary to shape the letters.
