We go on a bit of a tangent with a trio of spirit bottles this week, with work from Wrocław, Glasgow, and Austin. Astēr Gin by FLOV Astēr Gin is a gin created by Adi Szpadzik and Kasper Krajewski, owners of two restaurants in Łódź, Poland, who brought together over 26 botanical ingredients to create the spirit. The packaging, designed by Wrocław, Poland-based FLOV, is lovingly detailed in its layering of elements and combination of print methods that result in an elegant yet cosmic-like and astrologically-infused design without going overboard as everything is beautifully measured and restrained. Like, the wordmark could have been all super funky if it followed the lead of the “A” but it’s just the “A” that stands out; the sun rays in the bottom circle could have been gold foil but i
