We start off with a Canadian connecting thread but quickly lose it as we head overseas for a weird collection of projects, with work from Montréal and Gdańsk. Au Pied de Cochon by Sid Lee Au Pied de Cochon is a well-known restaurant in Montréal serving hearty Québécois fare, starring foie gras and pork dishes, from renowned chef Martin Picard.
