If there had been a third project with a client name ending in “as” I would have been the happiest editor in the world but, alas, it wasn’t meant to be, which is no problem at all as we are still delighted by these three projects from Paris, Barcelona, and Curitiba. Brass by Violaine & Jérémy Brass is a traditional, upscale, and refined brasserie in Paris, offering “bistro classics, timeless dishes,” and, in an unapologetically French way, “unapologetically bourgeois cuisine.” The identity, designed by local firm Violaine & Jérémy, brings the name to life with a 1950s-, jazz-infused logo that could easily be found etched on the side of a trumpet, saxophone, or any other brass instrument.
