The Kellogg Company will be splitting into two companies: WK Kellogg Co., which will handle the cereal business (including brands like Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Mini-Wheats, Special K, Raisin Bran, Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes, Kashi, and Bear Naked.) and Kellanova, which will handle global snacking, international cereal and noodles, plant-based foods, and breakfast business (including brands like Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats, MorningStar Farms, Incogmeato, Gardenburger, Nutri-Grain, RXBAR, and Eggo). On both the name and the logo, Kellanova certainly got the raw deal.
