The leather-sports-coat-wearing Chris Butler (aka Tennessee Watchdog) continues his crusade against the new state logo by acquiring a video presentation that shows some of the thinking behind the logo from the design team, which he dismisses as a “blend of science, art — and self-congratulation.”
