(Est. 2021) Joo Kodit is the consumer-facing brand of Asuntoyhtymä, a real estate firm that develops, rents out, and manages properties in Finland’s growth centres, such as the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere region, Turku, and Oulu. They currently own approximately 4,000 rental apartments, with approximately 2000 more under construction.
